Refund policy
Please let us know by emailing orders@therosecollection within 24 hours of delivery, if you are unhappy with your delivery.
We will replace and credit any bouquets or arrangements that may have been damaged during delivery.
Please note that flowers will wilt prematurely if not watered correctly, or if they are exposed to direct sunlight, extreme heat and enclosed spaces (like a car boot).
Flowers pictured or described are not always in season or available, therefore The Rose Collection will substitute the closest possible similar flowers.
